Main purpose of the job
The Principal Coordinator - Data Management shall be responsible for overseeing the organization's data management processes, ensuring the accuracy, security, and accessibility of data across various systems. The job holder shall play a critical role in ensuring the organization's data assets are effectively managed, secured, and leveraged for informed decision-making. The job holder shall drive effective data management practices.
Main Duties
- Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to establish data ownership, accountability, and stewardship.
- Implement and maintain data quality standards and procedures.
- Design and oversee data cleansing and enrichment processes to enhance data accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of databases to ensure optimal performance and data security.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and upgrade database systems as needed.
- Develop and enforce data security policies to protect sensitive information.

The Senior Coordinator - Business Continuity shall be responsible to assess, mitigate, and manage risks while ensuring the continuity of business operations. The job holder shall develop strategies, plans, and procedures to safeguard MT against potential threats and disruptions. This role is crucial in ensuring MT's resilience by identifying, mitigating, and managing risks while establishing robust business continuity plans to sustain operations during unexpected disruptions.
Main Duties
- Establish a Business Management Programme for MTG
- Enforce Business Continuity Policy and develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure MT can continue operations in case of disruptions or disasters.
- Conduct regular tests and exercises to evaluate the effectiveness of business continuity plans.
- Implement business continuity risk mitigation strategies and controls to reduce the impact of identified risks.
- Work with relevant teams to ensure that risk management practices are integrated into various operational processes.
- Develop and oversee crisis management plans for immediate response to unforeseen events or emergencies.

Main purpose of the job
The Senior Coordinator - Offensive Security shall be responsible to carry out assessment, evaluation, and enhancement of cybersecurity measures within MT. The job holder shall ensure the effectiveness of security controls, compliance with standards, and continuous improvement of security posture. This role is critical in ensuring that MT's cybersecurity measures are robust, compliant, and continuously improving to mitigate emerging threats effectively.
Main Duties
- Plan and conduct cybersecurity assessments, audits, and reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of existing security controls.
- Develop and implement vulnerability management policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing for infrastructure, applications, networks, wireless and mobile applications, devices and cloud
- Conduct configuration reviews for OS, DB, Firewall, routers, Switches and other security devices/components
- Identify vulnerabilities, gaps, and areas for improvement in cybersecurity practices across MT systems, networks, and applications.
- Conduct source-code review using automated and manual approaches.
- Carry out security health checks on MTG ecosystem.
- Conduct cyber-attack simulations as part of the RED team activity.
- Proactively manage security alerts and vulnerability assessments, ensuring swift communication and resolution across all impacted areas.
- Drive technical monitoring and design of audit tools, staying vigilant against emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to security controls and procedures.
- Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure security effectiveness.
- Contribute to incident response planning and participate in exercises to test MT's response to cybersecurity incidents.

Main Duties
- Establish technical strategies that align with the Information Security vision which follows a Zero Trust Architecture methodology.
- Develop and maintain MT?s cyber security architecture guidelines, principles, and policies, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Design and implement secure network architectures, systems, and applications.
- Maintain centralized and updated asset inventory for MTG.
- Develop guidelines and security requirements and policies for MTG network, infrastructure, Endpoints, Applications, Cloud and Databases
- Providing recommendations on security best practises for cross portfolio projects
- Develop security integration plans to protect existing infrastructure and incorporate future solutions.
