Main purpose of the job
The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is responsible for leading the Group's Human Capital function, ensuring alignment between people, culture, and business strategy. As a member of the executive team, the CHRO will position HR as a strategic enabler of organisational performance, transformation, and sustainable growth.
The role will drive a modern, agile, and technology-enabled HR function while fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven culture across MT Group.

Desired Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field
- Minimum of seven (7) years' experience at Senior Management Level in a corporate sector
- Sound knowledge of the prevailing Employment Legislations, Pension Law, and Tax regulations
- Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale HR transformation programmes
- Proven experience in collective bargaining and trade union negotiations
- A master's degree in human resource management or Specialization in Human Resource Strategy will be an advantage.

- Strong executive presence with exceptional stakeholder management
- Proven ability to build, coach, and lead high-performing teams and develop future leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated track record in leading HR transformation and driving enterprise-wide change management initiatives.
- Extensive experience in shaping and leading business-oriented People & Culture functions, including the design of scalable processes, systems, and operating models.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into strategic decisions and business outcomes.
