Main purpose of the job
The job holder shall lead and manage strategic government partnerships and oversee high-value institutional accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and national policy initiatives.
Main Duties
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine strategic plans for government partnerships and high-value institutional accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior government officials, regulators, and key institutional stakeholders to influence policy alignment and business outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute initiatives that enhance government relations and account performance.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new partnership opportunities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of government partnerships and key accounts against strategic objectives and KPIs.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues affecting government and key accounts, providing timely solutions and guidance.
- Represent the organization in high-level meetings, forums, and public engagements to advance strategic objectives.
- Mentor and guide the Principal Officer and other team members, ensuring consistent execution and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and corporate governance requirements in all partnerships.
- Perform any other cognate duties related to main duties.
Desired Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor?s degree in business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in government relations, strategic partnerships, or key account management.
- A Master's degree will be an advantage.

Main purpose of the job
The job holder shall be responsible to support the execution of the Government Solutions strategy, helping the company strengthen relationships with government stakeholders and contribute to strategic initiatives in line with organizational and national development goals.
Main Duties
- Support the implementation of the Government Solutions strategy, contributing to initiatives that align with the company?s growth ambitions and public sector priorities.
- Assist in building and maintaining professional relationships with key government officials, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Identify potential opportunities for collaboration, government projects, and innovation-driven initiatives, escalating relevant leads to senior management.
- Help position the company as a reliable partner for government digital solutions by providing insights into policy developments, sector priorities, and emerging technologies.
- Support negotiations and preparation of government contracts and partnership agreements under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to solution development, delivery models, and public sector value propositions and ensure government initiatives align with organizational capabilities and compliance standards
- Represent the company in selected forums, workshops, and public-private engagements as directed by management.
- Assist in drafting proposals, presentations, and reports for government projects and strategic partnerships.
- Actively map and maintain an updated stakeholder database, tracking interactions, decisions, and follow-ups.
- Track and report on government sector trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
- Flag progress against KPIs and escalate critical issues to management promptly.
- Perform any other cognate duties related to main duties.
Desired Qualification and Experience
- ? Bachelor?s degree in related field from a recognised University.
- ? Minimum of 5 years of experience in government relations, strategic partnerships, or key account management.
- ? A Master?s degree will be an advantage.
