The Managed Business Broadband portfolio ensures an always-on internet connection, even in case of line failures. This is possible through our failover solution which routes internet traffic to our mobile network.

Who is it for?

Businesses, are nowadays fully immersed in the digital world for news, email, social media and online services. The Managed Business Broadband service is for these businesses which cannot operate without an internet connection for their daily activities.

You may wish to opt for a faster restoration time of your services on your broadband line with Our Guaranteed Time to Restore Service options (GTRS).

2 GTRS options are available at an additional monthly rental:

i. a round the clock repair service of 8 hours - GTRS 1
ii. a round the clock repair service of 6 hours - GTRS 2


Note:
- The GTRS SLA starts as from the time the customer reports the fault on 8919.
- The GTRS SLA is only applicable when both the line and the mobile failover solution are not working.

How to subscribe?

Call us on 8901 to verify your eligibility.

If you are eligible, fill in and send us the application form.You may either email it on businesscontact@mauritiustelecom.com. or fax it to 208 1983. Don’t forget to provide us your contact details. We will keep you posted on your application request.

Please note that service release on your premises will depend on onsite eligibility and coverage. During installation, our technical team will simulate a line failure in order to test the mobile failover solution. Should the failover connection fail due to poor mobile indoor coverage, we will not proceed with the installation. We will recommend you to opt for our ADSL Business or Superfast Business Broadband package.
