MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Principal Coordinator - Public Sector shall define and drive the Public Sector Strategy to revenue and mindshare growth with the government. This position has as main objective to stimulate and drive the Public Sector Sales Team to exceed their quota while developing the partnership with key Ministries and Parastatals to be a strategic advisor. He/She will design the sales strategy to grow customer ARPU while increasing revenue per product line. This role requires a thorough comprehension of the sales methodologies (e.g. Solution Selling, Challenger Sales) that will generate the account planning process and create healthy pipeline management.

This position shall also be responsible for leading and coordinating all other roles involved in selling to and supporting the customer as one unified team. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Senior Coordinator - Enterprise Solutions Sales shall manage large Enterprise Solutions customers in a number of customer segments such as Corporate and Public Sector. This position shall deliver a well-managed, profitable portfolio of customers including revenue, customer relationships and the consumption of company products and services. This position shall also execute efficient account management and shall add value to key relationships with IT and Business decision-makers for each account under responsibility.

As the Senior Coordinator - Enterprise Solutions Sales, he/she will be responsible for achieving revenue goals by selling technology solutions across accounts collaborating at the executive level and leveraging on key partners' (internal and external) relationships. Explicitly defining, documenting, and executing an account plan to reach business objectives as well as managing a team of subject matter experts who proactively recommend solutions that solve our customers' highest priority business issues. The key to success in this role is a clear vision and attention to execution and engagement. He/She must be able to creatively tackle complex architecture sales, major competitive threats, customer "inertia," to swiftly make correct judgment calls and appropriately distribute resources.

He/she will also be responsible of designing and implementing long-term strategy for the account and evangelise the company’s vision, including Cloud solutions, products, technologies, and other solutions to achieve strategic initiatives and revenue goals. The Senior Coordinator - Enterprise Solutions Sales will also provide assistance to customers to increase their operational efficiency, help to secure the platform and ensure customer satisfaction through relationship development and the optimal use of technologies.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Enterprise Solutions Client Coordinator will lead the Enterprise Solutions account team responsible for managing an allocated portfolio of customers in the Corporate or the SME segment.

His/her primary responsibilities will include revenue attainment and growth for the company’s products and services, customer satisfaction, partner integration, strategic competitive wins, transitioning customers to the Cloud, and delivering industry solutions to the company's clientele. The Enterprise Solutions Client Coordinator is expected to create trusted advisor relationships with key Business (i.e. CxO and VP) and Technical (i.e. CIO, CTO, and Architect) decision makers to influence their use of Products and Services to create their business solutions. He/She will act as the overall orchestrator of key areas and corporate resources (Account Technology Strategist, Solution Architects, Product Managers, Marketing, Technical Services, Network, Partners. etc.) to design the sales strategy in the assigned customer base.

In addition, the Enterprise Solutions Client Coordinator will be responsible to design and implement the company’s long-term strategy for the account, and evangelise the vision, also comprising Cloud solutions, products, technologies, and other solutions to meet strategic initiatives and revenue goals. He/She will provide assistance to customers to increase their operational efficiency, help to secure the platform and enable customer satisfaction through relationship development and ideal use of technologies.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The job holder has a thorough comprehension of the ICT market, competitive and retail landscape, and can think strategically about the right channel launch approaches. He/She shall be passionate, bold and a game changer who is able to take up the challenge of re-inventing the direction and development of the key elements for the Enterprise Solutions go-to-market strategy. He/She will work in close collaboration with a team of senior marketing professionals and must partner successfully within the product group, PreSales Engineers, and Network Engineers to create key processes and measures that enable consistent, clear, efficient management of the Sales strategy.

The position will also involve the design and implementation of the correct go-to-market strategy for the Enterprise Solutions marketing campaign making use of the relevant channel for a precise market segment, having as aim the creation of a given number of marketing qualified prospects (MQPs) that will be handed over to the sales team for conversion.
